Key Responsibilities:

Ensure governance and compliance in underwriting practices
Monitor performance and report on growth metrics for the segment
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in mid-market underwriting
Relevant degree and designations (CIP or FCIP preferred)
Deep insight into commercial lines and regulatory frameworks
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Willingness to travel to engage with regional teams
