As a key member of the operations team, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all operators adhere to safety protocols, manage client relationships, and facilitate onboarding. You will also be involved in streamlining project schedules and supporting business development discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in dispatching and scheduling daily operations
Ensure positive communication with clients every day
Aid in bidding processes and project proposals
Contribute to daily improvements in business development
Review operator paperwork diligently for accuracy
Requirements:
Prior experience in a supervisory capacity is necessary
Background in Vacuum or Oil and Gas sectors preferred
A valid CDL is advantageous
Mechanical skills highly regarded
Must handle physical demands and outdoor work
