MPA have been retained by a multi award winning primary care clinic to recruit for a Nurse Practitioner to join their growing teams.

In this role, you will work in a multidisciplinary PCN Clinic alongside a large team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals to deliver best in class primary care. This role can be a hybrid position, allowing you to securely work from home using their paperless cloud-based system.

Responsibilities:




In clinic and/or telemedicine care for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our team to ensure continuity of care and seamless patient experience.
Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations as required by law.
