Take charge as the Aerospace Operations Leader for Wings & Fuselage, managing operations in both Mirabel, Canada and Mobile, Alabama. This critical role focuses on safety and operational integrity in aerospace manufacturing.We are in search of a strategic leader with a minimum of 15 years in aerospace, particularly within wings operations. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive quality performance, and enforce a culture of continuous improvement while managing complex operational challenges. Your knowledge of final assembly processes and lean manufacturing will be key in ensuring excellence.Key Responsibilities:

Aerospace Engineering degree or similar
15+ years of aerospace experience
10+ years manufacturing expertise
5+ years in leadership roles
