A typical day:
Support full-cycle recruitment activities including candidate coordination, interviewing, and onboarding
Administer employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems
Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
Conduct workplace walkthroughs and maintain strong employee engagement on the production floor
Assist with training programs,



policy implementation, and employee development initiatives
Participate in Joint Health & Safety activities, meetings, inspections, and reporting
Provide guidance and support regarding employee relations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation
Generate HR reports and support organizational compliance with employment standards and workplace regulations

Successful candidates will have:
2+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar capacity
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives
Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
Experience working within manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or other blue-collar environments
Knowledge of HRIS platforms; ADP experience is considered a strong asset
Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) certification or related health and safety experience is an asset
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with the ability to travel between local facilities
