Join the quality control team in Montreal to support production activities and QC method development projects.
The key responsabilities are:
Production sample testing;
fermentation, enzyme, antimicrobial, microbiological, physical and chemical assays;
method development;
literature review;
experimental design;
method validation;
shelf-life studies;
compliance with safety, GMP, GLP and SOPs.
Technical skills
Required
Master's degree in Fermentation Technology, Microbiology or Biotechnology;
Laboratory techniques, particularly microbiological methods;
Microsoft Office proficiency;
Fluent French and English;
Broad knowledge of analytical techniques;
Experience in fermentation technologies (brewing/distilling);
An asset
Experience with enzymes and antimicrobials.
