Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments for ongoing client support
• Implement individualized care strategies in community settings
• Facilitate educational group activities and support
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain documentation and handle client interactions
Requirements:
• Registration as RN or RPN with BC College
• Recent experience in addiction services up to two years
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid BC Driver's License necessary
• NVCI certification required shortly after hiring
