We are seeking a hands‑on Benefits Manager to serve as our internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead our global health, disability, wellness, pension/retirement, and time‑off/leaves programs across North America, Europe, and APAC. In this role you will plan and deliver the company’s benefits program, ensuring integrity and consistency worldwide, manage global vendor relationships, and partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage design, governance, planning, and implementation of global employee benefits programs, including annual benefit reviews, renewals, and program redesign initiatives.
- Analyze utilization, cost, participation, and demographic data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop presentations and recommendations for leadership on new benefit plans, new markets, and overall enhancements to program design, policy, strategy, and technology.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and reporting requirements across all jurisdictions, including ACA filing, 401(k) annual audit, 5500 filing, FMLA, and monitor regulatory changes.
- Manage third‑party vendor relationships, ensuring service levels are maintained, issues escalated, and documentation remains current.
- Establish and maintain global benefits policies, procedures,



and governance frameworks; develop and implement benefits communication and education strategies to improve employee understanding and engagement.

Knowledge and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree with 8+ years.
- Demonstrated experience managing Canadian and US advantages and retirement plans; knowledge of other global regions’ plans is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, interpreting complex benefits data and translating it into clear presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships across HR, finance, and senior leadership teams.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,300 to $151,900.
