We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with strong DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) expertise to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, automate, and support enterprise-scale platform infrastructure while ensuring high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable platform infrastructure.
- Implement Platform Engineering and SRE best practices.
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
- Lead implementation of enterprise observability and monitoring solutions.
- Deploy and administer Dynatrace OneAgent in SaaS and Managed environments.
- Create and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, management zones, and reporting.
- Implement synthetic monitoring and proactive monitoring across infrastructure, applications, middleware, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
- Configure anomaly detection,



root cause analysis, and incident management.
- Automate operational processes to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Hands‑on expertise with Dynatrace OneAgent, Dynatrace SaaS, and Dynatrace Managed.
- Experience building Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and management zones.
- Robust knowledge of observability, monitoring, automation, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure, application, database, middleware, and API monitoring.
- Knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
