With McMan Calgary & Area, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and stable living environment. You’ll creatively engage youth through skills teaching, crisis management, and building strong community ties. Lead a compassionate team, encourage personal growth, and strengthen relationships within the program and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold trauma-informed practices for youth
• Lead every shift effectively, ensuring tasks are met
• Drive youth participation in community activities
• Model essential coping strategies and skills
• Organize meetings for case management and strategy discussions
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or equivalent
• 2-5 years working with youth in group settings
• Solid conflict resolution and communication skills
• Class 5 driver’s license and insurance
• Current police checks for child intervention needs
