In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and focus on all aspects of manufacturing equipment maintenance. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a licensed Electrician is required, along with a passion for training team members on equipment functionality and safety procedures. Your troubleshooting skills, specifically with PLCs, will be vital for optimizing equipment and addressing performance issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the maintenance of plant electrical components
• Respond proactively to equipment breakdowns




• Train team members on procedures and equipment usage
• Analyze problems for root cause solutions
• Maintain compliance with ISO and quality standards

Requirements:
• Must have a valid 442a or 309 electricians license
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient in troubleshooting industrial machines
• Solid ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs preferred
