This position involves coordinating various administrative tasks for the Lands and Resources department. You will manage project schedules, support procurement efforts, and assist with funding applications and reporting. Your role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered to standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate deliverables and track project actions
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation standards
• Manage a register for contracts and agreements
• Prepare requisitions for procurement and logistics
• Monitor project budgets and prepare reconciliations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years in project administration or coordination
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and contract management
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Contribute significantly to project management and administrative excellence in Lands and Resources initiatives.
