We are seeking a Pharmacist for a 6-month maternity leave or permanent opportunity in stunning Prince Edward Island! This is a seaside community-based pharmacy where everyone truly works as a team.

The pharmacy staff for overlap and support — not survival mode
30 hour work week, no late evenings, closed on Sunday
15% clinical revenue share gives pharmacists ownership in the clinical side of practice

If you decide to stay on after the maternity leave, there would be four pharmacists , which is rare in community pharmacy and makes a huge difference

Key Job Duties
Provide safe, accurate dispensing of prescriptions in accordance with provincial regulations
Deliver patient‑centred care through medication reviews, common ailment prescribing, immunizations, and chronic disease support
Build strong relationships with patients through counselling, education, and ongoing follow‑up
Collaborate with pharmacy assistants, technicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth daily operations
Support blood pressure monitoring, preventive care, and wellness initiatives in the community
Participate in quality assurance, documentation, and qualified standards as required
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team focused workplace culture
