Senior Field Service TechnicianFull-Time | Permanent Location: Woodbridge—60–70% of work occurs outside Woodbridge, with occasional travel to Guelph required. Since its 2023 acquisition of a patented Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology—proven effective for over two decades—the company is poised to lead in the renewable natural gas (RNG) sector.ABOUT THE ROLE: Senior Field Service Technicians handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our client's compressed air systems, working with electronic, electrical, PLC, mechanical, and pneumatic components.They deliver expert advice and practical solutions to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation, backed by manufacturer support, in-house resources, and a complete inventory of parts and tools.COMPENSATION & ADVANTAGES&PERKS! adhering to established company procedures.Deliver excellent customer service to our client and seek customer feedback to improve service quality.Collaborate with other skilled tradespeople as required, particularly for work on our client's compressed air equipment and installations.Assess and recommend improvements to our client's air systems, and identify requirements needed to complete repairs effectively.Maintain the assigned company vehicle, and promptly recognize when vehicle servicing is necessary for our client-related duties.Represent the company professionally at all times by wearing the supplied service uniform when working with our client.Requirements and QualificationsMinimum of three years’ experience maintaining and servicing air compression systems for our client.Possession of a valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving abstract for client-related travel.Extensive knowledge of our client's air compressors, air dryers, and related compressed air system products, along with a willingness to continue learning in the field.Ability to interpret and follow diagrams and schematics for our client's compressed air equipment.Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail when working with our client.Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours service duties for our client.Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and direction while supporting our client.Familiarity with and support for company-wide and provincial health and safety procedures as they pertain to our client.Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, with the ability to identify the appropriate tools and equipment needed to complete tasks safely and efficiently for our client.
