Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the recent season (March).

Responsibilities Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
Working within a small team.
Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.
Company van and mobile iPad are provided; perform vehicle checks as required.
Qualifications Experience of managing a small team.
Working independently or within a small team.
Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.




Experience using handheld power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
A valid driver’s license is essential.
Company A well established grounds maintenance organisation with a strong nationwide presence within the UK, offering training and development and rewarding hard work; full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied.
Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. £30k-£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
