What you will do
In this role, the individual will be responsible for leading the architecture, implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of core Salesforce applications and solutions for Munvo clients, as well as other duties as required, including mentoring team members, documentation and deployment best practices. This role helps customers improve their return on investment and time‑to‑value using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Architecting enterprise-level business solutions and leading team members in design, development, DevOps and quality assurance on Salesforce projects

Designing and delivering large cross‑cloud Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and Industry Clouds (Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Management & Financial Services Cloud experience is a huge plus)

Leading the end‑to‑end technical delivery of Salesforce projects including data model design, business logic, use of declarative & non‑declarative configuration (including development in Lightning, Apex, Web Services and API), custom development, security design, integrations, and data migration

Developing & enforcing technical direction, standards and templates including architectural design blueprints, development best practices, DevOps and documentation standards

Managing key technical client relationships across delivery programs

Lead audit and security checks of client instances

Mentoring and coaching team members to grow their technical skills on the core Salesforce platform

Collaborating with clients and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate to technical designs

Supporting pre‑sales activities and working with prospects to understand business requirements, creating high level designs, driving effort estimations and supporting proposals and client presentations

Staying informed of the latest Salesforce product releases and knowledge sharing

Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Salesforce Solutions

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of hands‑on Salesforce design and development across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience,



Data and Industry Clouds)

Expert in Salesforce configuration and development across declarative configurations, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Triggers and using APIs

Expert in Salesforce data model design and key design trade‑offs (i.e., performance, security etc.)

Expert in Salesforce development standards, best practices, DevOps, testing and release strategies

Expert in Salesforce integration patterns, integration to third‑party systems, data management strategies and data migration processes (especially from legacy systems to Salesforce)

Expert in Salesforce security design and configurations

Expert in leading complex cross‑cloud Salesforce engagements

Experience supporting enterprise architecture discussions beyond Salesforce including security, integration patterns, analytics, data governance and AI enablement

Excel at bridging gaps between business and technical audiences and translating business requirements to technical details and vice‑versa

Have a current Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, B2B Solution Architect, or B2C Solution Architect Certification

Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing and documentation of Salesforce solutions for clients

Experience in building automation using Flows

Expert level knowledge of the Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSL

A history of successfully building web‑based user interfaces, along with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills

Previous people management experience with strong leadership and mentorship skills

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for internal/external purposes

Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements

Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners and team members

Preferred

Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a strong asset

PD2 and/or JavaScript Developer 1 are an asset





Experience with Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud or Loyalty Management are an asset

Experience working with MuleSoft is an asset

Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications such as ERPs is an asset

Experience working with AngularJS and/or jQuery is a plus

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure or AWS is an asset

Experience deploying applications to the Salesforce AppExchange is an asset
