As a Community Health Services RN, you will be integral to providing trauma-informed care that meets the diverse needs of clients. Your responsibilities will include assessing health statuses, implementing evidence-based interventions, and facilitating resource access. You will work closely with primary care providers to ensure a seamless healthcare experience and optimum health outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and interventions
• Promote culturally safe and evidence-based nursing practice

Requirements:
• Current registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Two years of relevant nursing experience required
• Valid BC driver's license essential
