Pay or shift range: $70,000 CAD to $100,000 CAD

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What you’ll be working on

At CIMCO, you’ll be part of a team delivering mechanical construction projects focused on industrial and recreational refrigeration systems across Atlantic Canada.

This role is hands‑on and team-oriented, working closely with field teams, customers, and in‑house engineering to move projects from kickoff through to completion.

What you’ll own

Coordination and execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish, delivering safely, on time, and on budget

Project scheduling, planning, and quality control alongside the project team

Day‑to‑day coordination of labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Review of drawings and specifications to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities

Supporting client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Tracking costs, progress billing, forecasting, and subcontract administration

Maintaining a strong safety and quality mindset on all projects

What we’re looking for

3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical or refrigeration‑related construction projects

Background in engineering, CET, PMP, or construction management is an asset

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Safety‑focused with a practical, problem‑solving mindset





Working knowledge of MS Project or similar tools

Experience working with unionized trades is an asset
