Sales Representative – Kitchen & Cabinetry (B2B)

This B2B field sales role is ideal for someone with a background in kitchen cabinetry, kitchen design, construction materials, or building products sales. You will focus on building strong relationships with dealers, promoting our cabinet lines, and supporting clients from first contact through order completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow recent dealer and contractor accounts
Conduct in‑person visits to kitchen showrooms, builders, and renovation companies
Build long‑term relationships with dealers and support their sales success
Present Oppein cabinet solutions tailored to customer needs and project requirements
Manage your sales pipeline,
follow up on leads, and close new business
Work closely with our Toronto head office team including design, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing
What You Bring
1–3+ years experience in kitchen cabinetry, kitchen design, or building materials sales
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Highly self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for regular dealer visits
