This role reports to a site supervisor, focusing on high standards in concrete work while mentoring apprentices in safety protocols and best practices. You will perform tasks such as placing wet concrete, finishing surfaces, and repairing concrete elements, all while ensuring safety in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately place and spread concrete as required
• Level and finish concrete surfaces, including edges
• Apply architectural and aesthetic finishes to surfaces
• Repair and restore existing concrete as needed
• Oversee apprentices, ensuring their safety and training

Requirements:
• Fall protection training must be completed
• Experience in industrial concrete finishing required
• Knowledge of epoxy and grout applications necessary
• Proficient in using related power tools safely
• Solid understanding of industrial safety practices
