Graymont is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to guide maintenance efforts at its plant. Successful candidates will demonstrate extensive heavy industrial experience and a commitment to developing a positive working setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and promote high safety standards across maintenance
• Organize and facilitate team training initiatives
• Conduct regular follow-ups on assigned maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• College or university degree or Journeyman qualification
• 5+ years in heavy industrial maintenance settings
