This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi‑disciplinary approach to full‑service family medicine, the NP will work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

The position is a salaried full‑time or part‑time role. The incoming NP will take over a foundation of patients from a retired physician and has the opportunity to further build their panel with patients of chosen complexity. The NP is expected to be willing to work collaboratively and participate in Primary Care Network (PCN) development in the community.
