In this role, you will directly report to the Sr. Procurement and Subcontract Manager and be responsible for overseeing all subcontract administration processes. With 10-15 years of experience and a background in construction law, you will ensure compliance, provide training, and manage commercial dealings effectively. Your leadership will extend to developing training plans for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to subcontracting policies and methodologies
• Conduct audits and compliance checks regularly
• Offer training sessions on procurement practices




• Handle legal claims and disputes adeptly
• Oversee development of project-specific procurement strategies

Requirements:
• Degree in Legal, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying preferred
• Extensive experience in large-scale contracting
• Familiarity with construction law and practical applications
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
• Excellent negotiation skills and decision-making abilities
