TSYS Deployment Lead – Product Launch, Conversion & Release Management

Deployment Planning & Execution

Lead deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversions from TSYS to TSYS.

Own the integrated deployment plan, including workstream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking for internal client and external vendor teams.

Conversion & Cutover Management

Coordinate all pre-conversion activities.

Lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.

Coordinate production product launch activities, including pilot rollout and customer rollout.

Platform & Workstream Coordination

Manage environment collisions across Cortez and non-Cortez workstreams.

Oversee delivery of recent product features introduced on the target platform.

Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

Deployment Governance & Reporting

Drive deployment governance throughout product launch and conversion workstreams.

Manage deployment risks and mitigation activities.

Provide executive reporting and implementation status updates through production delivery.
