We're partnering with a leading unionized food manufacturer to hire an Engineering Manager who thrives on solving complex equipment and operational challenges. This is a rare opportunity to lead engineering and maintenance initiatives within a highly specialized manufacturing environment, where your technical expertise will directly influence plant performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for a hands‑on engineering leader who is as comfortable on the production floor as they are in strategic planning discussions. If your background includes food manufacturing, rendering, edible oils, protein processing, or other high-temperature industrial operations, and you're known for finding solutions where others see problems, we'd love to speak with you.
