We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Business Analyst to support enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives on the Archer SaaS platform. The successful candidate will gather business requirements, create user stories and functional specifications, support Archer application configuration, QA, SIT/UAT, reporting, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable risk and compliance solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements

Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows

Support RSA Archer configuration and reporting

Develop test cases and support SIT/UAT

Partner with stakeholders and technical teams

Participate in Agile ceremonies and release activities

Qualifications

3–7+ years of RSA Archer Business Analyst experience

Experience with Archer Evolv

Robust GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance knowledge

Experience with QA, UAT, Agile, and Waterfall

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
