Overview
We are seeking a strong organizational and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our client’s PIPE Division. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leadership role is responsible for managing key customer accounts while developing and building new business.

Responsibilities

New business development and leadership of the pipe division sales (current business and building new business).

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, maintaining strong, professional relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive results.

Monitor and proactively communicate updates to customers.





Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience growing business and building relationships with key accounts.

Solid organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP/order management systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Customer-centric approach and focus on accuracy and accountability.

Time management and prioritization; cross-functional collaboration.

Adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
