Job Summary
NP’s for WELL Health – Fraser Medical Clinic are seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide full‑scope family practice either full‑time or part‑time. The clinic is located at 6184 Fraser Street, Vancouver, Canada, in a high‑density, walkable neighbourhood with easy access to downtown.

Clinics hours are flexible and start at 8:30 am Monday through Friday and 9:00 am Saturday and Sunday; schedules will be negotiated with the clinic to suit practitioner availability.

Responsibilities

Deliver full‑scope family practice services to patients.

Participate in a potential small walk‑in component.

Collaborate closely with clinic staff to ensure a smooth transition of patient care.

Manage clinical workflow with minor clinic administrative support.
