Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver superior customer satisfaction with the Honeywell Technical Support response, communication, and resolution of cases for the defined Advanced Applications (mainly Blending) by working closely within a Global Team. The scope covers the global customer base with a focus on customers in North America. You will report directly to the Blending and Movement Engineering Manager and work out of our Markham or Calgary locations on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
Provide product and application support for external customers
Manage customer problems by excellent communication, responsive follow‑up and advocacy of customer issues within Honeywell
Collaborate closely with the team locally and globally to solve customer problems and exchange knowledge and best practices
Contribute text and video‑based entries to the online Knowledge Base and monthly customer newsletter
Participate in reviewing and testing new releases to ensure customer issues are resolved
Deliver customer training and provide technical support to the sales organization
Assist the PBM Team Leader to develop and implement strong teamwork processes and standards
Share knowledge and best practices within the team
Act as a technical mentor for less experienced team members
Travel 10% within North America

Qualifications
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical/Process/Control/Instrumentation Engineering or a closely related field
5 to 7 years relevant experience – use of Blending Applications tools
5 to 7 years customer technical support experience with the designated Advanced Applications
5 to 7 years industrial experience – knowledge of refinery processes (separation/reactors), process automation, PID control desirable
Salary: $91,800 - $122,400 CAD (Markham, Ontario). Salary is based on various factors such as scope of responsibilities, experience, education, skills, market, and business considerations.
