Perfect clinic for a Nurse Practitioner looking to establish or relocate their practice. Our admin staff are here and ready to support you.

WELL Health – Point Grey Medical Clinic puts patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Our clinic is situated in one of the most desirable neighbourhoods, next to UBC on Vancouver’s westside; it is a dream to raise a family here, only a 20‑minute drive or bike ride from downtown Vancouver. Spectacular views of the mountains and water, with access to UBC’s main campus and UBC’s endowment lands. You’ll simply have to experience the area for yourself.

The ideal physician or nurse practitioner would provide full‑scope family practice either full‑time or part‑time. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition of the practice.

Financials
Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: via PCN (Financial agreement coordinated through Director of Recruitment).

Practice Details

Access to 1 exam room during shifts; clinic has 8 exam rooms.

Shared office space.

OSCAR EMR.

Hours
Flexible! Walk‑in available. Clinic opens from 8:30 am Mon to Fri 08:30 –16:30. New physician will work out a schedule with the clinic; no strict policy around time off.

The team works alongside you as you build your practice or take over an existing patient panel.
