In the role of Lead Planner, you’ll provide direction to the Planning and Scheduling team, ensuring effective development of bids and schedules. Using Primavera P6, you’ll create and maintain project timelines, guided by critical path analysis principles. Your insights into project status and trends will be invaluable in keeping teams aligned with financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor fellow planners on construction scheduling practices
• Develop baseline schedules in Primavera P6
• Evaluate project schedules and report on performance




• Identify scheduling issues and provide analytic support
• Assist with contract negotiation related to scheduling

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in construction focused on transit projects
• 3-8 years in a planning role with multi-year projects
• Ability to interpret contracts and drawings
• Results-driven and solid interpersonal skills
• Valid G driver’s license for site travel within Ontario
