Join Cintas as a full time Training and Compliance Instructor focused on First Aid and Safety. This role emphasizes comprehensive training sessions on OSHA and First Aid requirements.

As an Instructor, you will be responsible for facilitating impactful training programs that educate clients on relevant safety procedures and regulations. You will also be tasked with scheduling sessions and selling additional safety products, all while ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong experience in teaching or training is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging training on CPR, OSHA guidelines, and safety protocols
• Organize and sell training sessions for clients
• Recommend and up-sell safety products during training




• Work closely with the service team for compliance
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction management

Requirements:
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Familiarity with safety product ranges essential
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree advantageous
• Prior teaching or facilitation experience preferred
• Sales experience, especially business-to-business, is a bonus
