Job Overview
The Sr. Analyst will join the Quota and Capacity Planning team supporting regional Sales and Strategy teams throughout the annual quota planning cycle and the organization’s continued evolution. The role requires deep business understanding and relationship building with Sales Leaders, Strategy, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and own concurrent data reporting projects and models to drive insights for the regional strategy teams.
Advise regional teams on the impact of go‑to‑market decisions on sales quotas during the annual planning cycle.
Assist the team in identifying opportunities for increased optimization and effectiveness in existing processes and models.
Required Skills/Experience
6+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A;, or Finance with a focus on business analysis and insights.
B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Business, Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering).
Power‑user proficiency in Excel and ability to create compelling stories in PowerPoint.
Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated core values of collaboration, transparency, equality, and customer focus.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
Team‑oriented leadership skills with the ability to identify, frame, and confront issues independently and make tough decisions.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills/Experience
Experience with sales coverage models,
quota setting methodologies, and territory alignment.
Comfortable in a fast‑changing environment with rapid pivots to new projects.
Strong communicator capable of crafting high‑impact communications for top‑level executives.
Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start‑up paced environment with extended commitments during quota season.
Proficiency in building close working relationships and strong meeting management skills.
Familiarity with Claude and Snowflake with a desire to deepen expertise.
Salary
For Ontario‑based roles, the base salary range for this position is CAD 92,600 to CAD 127,300 annually. This range represents base salary only and does not include bonuses, incentives, equity, or benefits.
