Context Systra is hiring for a Configuration Lead, reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager for a Rail Project in Ontario.
Missions / Main Duties Establish and manage the configuration management framework for Integration & Assurance
Define baselines for requirements, designs and key configuration items
Administer change control boards, including recording, assessing and tracking changes
Ensure configuration status accounting is maintained and transparent
Coordinate with CDE, design and requirements teams to keep configuration data aligned and auditable
Profile / Skills University degree in Engineering,



Information Management or related discipline; 8+ years of experience in configuration management on complex engineering projects (preferably rail / transit)
Relevant professional designation or training in configuration management (e.g., CMII or equivalent)
P.Eng considered an asset
Proven experience setting up and operating configuration control processes, baselines and change management
Familiarity with CDEs, requirements and design tools and their interactions
Strong documentation and coordination skills
