Compensation: Overhead Agreement – Monthly (FFS, LFP, PCN) coordinated through Director of Recruitment

Practice Overview
Our Central City clinic is a modern, multi‑disciplinary family practice focused on patient‑centered care. Physicians have access to 2 exam rooms during shifts and a 7‑room clinic with a treatment room. Administration and an experienced MOA team provide full support during transition and ongoing operations.

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide full‑scope family practice services, including in-person and virtual/telehealth care

Schedule patient appointments via the clinic’s online booking system (OCEAN)

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, specialists, and support staff

Maintain accurate charting in the Accuro EMR system

Participate in clinical quality initiatives and virtual care solutions

Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)

Licensed or eligible to practice medicine in British Columbia

Positive standing with the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons

Hospital privileges are an asset

Eligible for provisional license holders welcome to apply

Other Information
Practice participates in the FPSC portal and offers longitudinal continuity of care. A 70% overhead split is applied and no travel expense reimbursement is provided. The position is not permanent but offers a long‑term opportunity within the Well Health Network.
