Description
Perfect clinic for Family Physicians looking to establish or relocate their practice. Our admin staff support your clinical work and provide a welcoming workplace. WELL Health – Nordel Crossing clinic puts patients and their family’s health first, with a spacious, newly renovated facility, knowledgeable friendly staff and physicians. Located next to the Shoppers Drug Mart at the intersection of Nordel Way and Scott Road (120th Street) in Surrey, the clinic offers a multidisciplinary and multi‑physician setting with a collegiate atmosphere and a physician‑focused MOA support team. Virtual and telehealth options are available to patients from home. The ideal physician will provide full‑scope family practice at either full‑time or part‑time, with a small walk‑in component. You can expect flexible hours and mastery of your own schedule.

Financials
Overhead Agreement: Monthly via PCN, LFP, or FFS. The financial agreement is coordinated through the Director of Recruitment.

Shared access up to two rooms during shifts; clinic has twelve exam rooms and one treatment room

Hours
Flexible. The clinic opens from 8:00 am Monday to Friday. Practitioners will develop a schedule with the clinic. No strict policy around time off; clinic hours may change based on availability.

This role does not include expectations for hospital or ER department shifts.

The clinic currently has three physicians working part‑time and full‑time,



as well as an office manager and MOAs who support the transition process.

Qualifications

Hold or be eligible for certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)

Hold or be eligible for a full license to practice medicine in BC

Good standing with BC's College of Physicians and Surgeons

Provisional license eligible applicants are welcome to apply

Hospital privileges are an asset

Practice Participation & Service Details

Participates in the FPSC portal and provides longitudinal continuity of care

No ER, obstetrics, hospital, home visits, long‑term care, palliative care, surgical assists, solo practice, or rural retention premium provided

Locum payment based on billings
