WSP is looking for a Project Engineer to support its Energy & Process sector, coordinating projects from the initial concept to final approvals. You will lead design activities, ensuring quality and compliance while mentoring your engineering team to elevate their skills. Client interaction is key in this leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct planning and scheduling for engineering designs
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality, schedule, and cost objectives
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and technical deliverables
• Approve engineering designs consistent with project goals
• Act as primary technical point of contact for clients

Requirements:
• Post-graduate degree in Engineering
• P.Eng. or P.Tech. designation needed
• 10-15 years of EPCM experience in the energy sector
• Proven leadership in client and project management
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
