We are looking for a Senior Director Quality of Engineering with experience in optical/semiconductor technologies to help develop and execute global quality strategies.

- Proven experience in quality engineering leadership.
- Background in electrical engineering, ideally within the semiconductor or optical networking industries.
- Semiconductor IC background
- Hands‑on experience with analog/mixed‑signal technologies.
- Robust technical understanding of testing and verification processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
