The Opportunity

Practice Focus

- General commercial litigation
- International arbitration
- Fraud and asset recovery
- Construction, projects, and environmental litigation

Key Responsibilities

- Manage litigation files independently with minimal supervision
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation materials
- Navigate Alberta court processes, filings, and procedures
- Develop case strategy and progress files efficiently
- Represent clients in mediations, discoveries, and court proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal advice

Ideal Candidate

- 5-10 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong familiarity with Alberta court rules and procedures
- Proven ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent advocacy, drafting,



and analytical skills
- Robust attention to detail and written communication
- Experience working with sophisticated clients across industries is an asset
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
