Sanitation Technician – Kelowna Valens Agritech Facility

Exciting Prospect: Sanitation Technician. Responsible for keeping all production areas clean and orderly, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting efficient production.

Responsibilities

- Clean equipment and production areas.
- Assist and guide team members with sanitation tasks.
- Ensure cleaning meets quality and safety standards.
- Follow SOPs for chemical and equipment use.
- Remove trash and recycle regularly.
- Report supply needs to supervisor.
- Complete required cleaning documentation.

Qualifications

- Proven sanitation experience in a manufacturing/production/industrial environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Valid WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.




- Strong multitasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
