Key Responsibilities:
• Own technical architecture and evolution of Dynamics 365 CE
• Advise Revenue Technology leadership on integrations and architecture
• Design scalable, simplified solutions for technology landscape




• Lead integration across CCaaS, AI platforms, and third-party apps
• Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Robust development skills in C#/.NET and JavaScript
• Proven history in SaaS ecosystems
