Overview

Mid-Senior level contract role as Sr. Applications Architect & Solutions Designer – Health Data & Platforms, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities

- 8+ Leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and user-centric SaaS solutions (legacy application modernization)
- 8+ Defining and maintaining solution architectures that enable hybrid integration across SaaS platforms, legacy applications, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure).
- 8+ Translating complex business requirements into modular application designs, leveraging configuration over customization within platforms like ServiceNow and OpenText.
- 8+ Designing and overseeing integrations between SaaS platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, procurement platforms, vendor portals) using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integration frameworks.
- 8+ Developing architecture artifacts such as reference models, data flows,



and interface definitions that align with enterprise principles and maximize reuse.

Nice to Have

- ServiceNow (ITSM, workflows, integration hubs) and OpenText (content services, case management, records, and document workflows) are nice to haves.
