Bilingual (FR/EN) Associate or Sr. Associate, Medical Information
Reports to: Senior Manager, Medical Information
Location: Mississauga Flexible Commuter
What you will do
- Provides medical information responses for routine inquiries with high quality customer service and documents according to internal guidelines
- Identifies and reports adverse events and product complaints within one business day
- Processes medical information requests (e.g. fulfillment) via email, fax, and postal mail as per internal guidelines
- Provides after‑hours on‑call support as needed via department cell phone, rotating among the team
- Supports Medical Information Product Champions with literature searches and complex inquiries
- Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures including product knowledge, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to work 9am-5pm Eastern Time
- Must be French/English Bilingual
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc, PhD, PharmD, MBiotech
- Experience in Medical or Drug Information
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process
- Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple tasks
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently as needed
- Practical experience in patient care
- Outstanding computer and keyboarding skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
Salary
The salary for this position in Canada is 80,000 to 110,000 CAD.
