Position Overview
This position is based in 1 Emerald Lake Rd, Field, BC V0A 1G0. Emerald Lake Lodge is 35 minutes West of Lake Louise, AB.

Emerald Lake Lodge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Housing Manager to join our team. The Housing Manager will be responsible for providing a safe, clean, and secure living environment for our staff at Emerald Lake Lodge.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role is based in Field, BC for Emerald Lake Lodge

Payroll submission

Upkeep & file all housing waivers, agreements

Following the Landlord/Tenant Act in British Columbia when applicable

Coordinate and handle move outs and ins on a regular basis.





Ensuring that rooms are inspected, and everything is in order for check-ins and outs.

Ensuring proper scheduling of Residence cleaner, for a clean, secure and tidy living environment at all times

Discussing any charges with the Director of Human Resources

Ordering of supplies for Housing Cleaner and packages

Regular fire drills and training

Work hand in hand with Housing Maintenance Manager to scheduling any maintenance.

Ensure regular recycling to maintain cleanliness and to ensure health & Parks Canada restrictions are met.

Dealing with any staff issues, room moves, visitors, referrals to Human Resources

Weekly 1:1s with Director of Human Resources

Work with Maintenance Manager on project chart for tracking

Skills and Experience

Minimum 1-year previous Management Experience Required

Group home experience is an asset.

Customer Service skills required.

Full Valid drivers' license and a clean driver's abstract

Must be detailed and organized.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent verbal and written skills

Physical demands, sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
