We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Parts team in Terrace, BC!
Salary Range
$48,000 annually + commission + vehicle allowance
What's the challenge?
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll play a integral role in handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions for customers, and following up to resolve any issues related to the customer's experience.
Experience Required
Sales/Marketing certificate, diploma, degree, etc.
Related Experience, is an asset
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software.
Solid knowledge of equipment systems and repairs
Good communication skills with peers and supervisors
Committed to continuous learning
Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers
Health & Safety Knowledge – OH&S; rules and regulations guidelines

Relationship Builder. You’re going to get to know your customers, their equipment, and their business. You’ll build rapport and trust and you’ll be able to provide information and solutions to keep your customers up and running.
Vigilance. Report customer satisfaction, trends and other useful information to your service supervisor. Report any possible leads for equipment sales to the sales team. Develop rapport with customers and be the eyes and ears of the branch; take opportunities to make a difference.
Mentorship. Listen actively and perform competence analysis of apprentice technicians. Identify areas for them to improve and provide on the job training to assist in their development.
Organization. This is a detail‑oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring you are prepared with information, parts and specialty tooling prior to attending a worksite.
