We are currently hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst (Content Creator) to join a dynamic and quick growing marketing team in financial sector.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2 to 3 days in office)

Duration: 12 month contract with strong potential for extension or full time conversion

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
This role focuses on developing engaging, high impact content that supports brand growth and connects with audiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross functional teams including product, media, analytics, compliance, and operations to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development

Create original video and static content for social platforms

Develop engaging content for feeds and stories aligned with brand voice

Identify opportunities to improve engagement through performance insights

Content Calendar Management

Plan and manage a structured content calendar across platforms

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

Stay ahead of social trends and adjust content strategy accordingly

Short Form Video Creation

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels

Create trend driven, shareable content that drives reach and engagement





Graphic Design

Design visual assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Ensure brand consistency across all creative output

Copywriting

Write compelling captions and social copy tailored to each platform

Adapt messaging for different audiences and channels

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in content creation or social media

Strong experience across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva

Strong portfolio demonstrating content and storytelling capabilities

Excellent collaboration and time management skills

Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms

Nice to Have

Agency experience

Experience with financial services or regulated industries

Understanding of the Quebec market
