Responsibilities include reviewing steel drawings and specs, preparing quantity take-offs, coordinating with PEMB suppliers and fabricators, leveling trade pricing, identifying scope gaps, and supporting tender closings. Robust understanding of steel systems, procurement timelines, and foundations tied to steel packages is essential.
Ideal candidate has 3–8 years of ICI estimating experience, strong Excel skills, and is detail-oriented and commercially aware.
