We’re seeking an AI Engineer to help shape the future of Frontier Dental through practical AI adoption and business automation.
The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:
A curious and hands‑on innovator driving AI research, automation initiatives, and proof‑of‑concept development to accelerate business efficiency and digital transformation.
Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends
Translate complex AI advancements into practical business insights
Prepare structured reports and recommendations for leadership review
Monitor competitive and industry AI adoption trends
Business Collaboration & Automation Strategy
Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Propose AI‑powered solutions that improve productivity, accuracy, and scalability
Conduct feasibility assessments and risk evaluations
Ensure cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance considerations are incorporated into all proposed solutions
Proof of Concept (POC) Development
Design and build rapid prototypes using AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms
Test and validate concepts before broader implementation
Document solution architecture and technical workflows
Work closely with IT and business teams to prepare solutions for scaling
Communication & Enablement
Present AI concepts and working demos to business leaders and stakeholders
Clearly articulate operational impact, and implementation roadmap
Act as an internal AI champion to promote responsible and effective AI adoption
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
Experience & Expertise
Strong passion for AI research and emerging technologies
Hands‑on mindset with the ability to independently build prototypes
Creative thinker who challenges traditional processes
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy best practices
Solid analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with AI state‑of‑the‑art platforms and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open‑source models)
Familiarity with multi‑agent AI systems and architectures
Experience working with APIs and automation tools is an asset
Understanding of workflow automation platforms is a plus
Education
Fresh graduates welcome
Minimum high school diploma required
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is an asset
