As a Senior Associate, Workforce Transformation, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end transformation projects, leveraging your expertise and understanding of management concepts.

Working with PwC teams and client teams on client engagements, from strategy through implementation

Contributing to a wide range of business development activities to identify opportunities with new and existing clients

Contributing to the development of your own technical skills and those of your team at the local, national, and global levels within our network

Staying current on developments in your areas of expertise and in the industries served, and contributing to the development of PwC’s knowledge and points of view

Continuing to build strong internal relationships and strengthening one’s positioning within PwC

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.
