They are currently adding a capable and self‑motivated HVAC Estimator to handle large‑scale, complex mechanical estimations. The ideal candidate is someone with strong estimating experience in the commercial HVAC sector. However, our client is also open to candidates with a robust estimating experience (not necessarily in HVAC) or someone with a strong HVAC background interested in developing a career as an Estimator (training will be provided).





The position will be based in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for medium‑to‑large HVAC/mechanical projects.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope to develop cost‑effective solutions.

Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure accurate bidding.

Manage multiple complex estimates simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of direct HVAC/mechanical estimating experience.

Demonstrated experience with medium‑to‑large commercial projects.

Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Based in the Calgary region; hybrid arrangements considered for the right candidate.

Compensation

$75,000-100,000 base salary (negotiable)
